1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website anteplicardetailing.ca and the professional car detailing services provided by:

By booking an appointment, purchasing a gift card, or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

Antepli Car Detailing Inc. provides the following professional automotive services exclusively at our North York location (1270 Finch Ave W Unit 12):

›Interior and exterior car detailing (Silver, Gold, and Diamond packages)
›Ceramic coating (1-year, 3-year, 5-year, and 7-year protection tiers)
›Window tinting (2 front windows or full vehicle)
›Headlight restoration
›Engine bay detailing

All services are performed at our physical location in North York, Ontario. We do not offer mobile or on-site detailing at customer locations. Service descriptions and pricing are available at anteplicardetailing.ca/services.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Booking

Appointments are booked through our online booking system at anteplicardetailing.ca/appointment (powered by Cal.com) or by calling us at (647) 931-9659. All appointment confirmations are sent to the email address provided at booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. You may cancel or reschedule through the confirmation email link, the Cal.com booking system, or by contacting us directly.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, may result in forfeiture of any applicable booking deposit. We reserve the right to implement booking deposits for certain services or repeat no-shows at our discretion.

Service Duration

Estimated service durations are provided as guidelines only. Actual time may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition, size, and the specific services requested. We will communicate any significant changes to your appointment timing.

4. Gift Cards

›Validity: All digital gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards that are not redeemed within 12 months expire and cannot be reinstated.

›Redemption: Gift cards are redeemable only toward services performed at 1270 Finch Ave W Unit 12, North York, ON. They may not be redeemed online or at any other location.

›Non-Refundable: Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable once the transaction is complete. If a gift card is purchased in error, contact us within 24 hours at [email protected] and we will review the request at our discretion.

›No Cash Value: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to a different person's account, or applied toward services not offered by Antepli Car Detailing Inc.

›Partial Redemption: If the service cost is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance is retained on the gift card for future use within the validity period. If the service cost exceeds the gift card value, the difference must be paid by the customer.

5. Payments & Pricing

›Currency: All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

›Online Payments: Gift card purchases made through our website are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

›In-Person Payments: Payment for services completed at our North York location may be made by cash, debit, or major credit card at the time of service completion.

›Price Changes: We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Changes will be reflected on our website. The price in effect at the time of booking will apply to that booking.

6. Vehicle Condition & Our Liability

Pre-Service Inspection

Upon check-in, our team conducts a pre-service inspection of your vehicle and documents its condition. This inspection is to note any pre-existing damage, scratches, dents, stains, or other imperfections before work begins. We will bring any concerns to your attention prior to starting service.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for removing all personal valuables, important documents, medication, electronic devices, and other items from their vehicle before service. Antepli Car Detailing Inc. is not responsible for any personal property left in the vehicle during service.

Pre-Existing Damage

We are not liable for any damage, scratches, wear, or defects that existed on your vehicle prior to the commencement of our service, as documented in the pre-service inspection. If pre-existing damage is discovered during the service process, we will notify you promptly.

Service-Related Damage

In the event that damage occurs to your vehicle as a direct result of our service — beyond pre-existing conditions — we will work with you in good faith to address the issue. Any such claims must be raised before the vehicle leaves our premises.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every service we perform. If you are not satisfied with the results of your detailing service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion at [email protected] or call (647) 931-9659.

We will review your concern and, at our discretion, re-perform the service or address the specific area of concern at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the quality of workmanship and does not extend to pre-existing vehicle conditions, damage disclosed during pre-service inspection, or subjective aesthetic preferences communicated after the service is complete.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Province of Ontario:

›Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
›We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of business, or any other economic loss.
›Our liability for loss or damage to personal property left in your vehicle during service is expressly excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on anteplicardetailing.ca — including but not limited to text, images, logos, service descriptions, photography, and design — is owned by or licensed to Antepli Car Detailing Inc. and is protected under Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal legal remedies.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on our website.
